Everything about this screams of scam to me. First of all, confirm that this "scan" was actually sent by them, and not malware you just downloaded onto your machines. Get on the phone with your reseller stat, a number on an invoice you were given or that you can lookup, not one from an email or that was recently provided to you. You then proceeded to click the link and follow the directions? So you got an unsolicited email, from "Autodesk", asking to scan your computer for software, and presumably a link in the email to do so. We scanned the computers and sent back the data in good faith.
